This Shipping Policy explains how Daoshine (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, delivery, and related matters for purchases made through https://daoshine.com (the “Website” or “Site”).

The Website is owned and operated by Matthew Michalak, a sole proprietor, doing business as Daoshine, with a principal place of business at 2411 W 73rd Ave, Merrillville, Indiana 46410, United States.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not place an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to:

  • United States – all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
  • Canada – most provinces and territories, subject to carrier availability.
  • International destinations – selected countries worldwide, subject to carrier coverage and applicable import regulations.

Availability of shipping to specific countries or regions may change over time based on carrier capabilities, service disruptions, or legal restrictions. If shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified at checkout and unable to complete the order for that destination.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Depending on your location and the services available, your order may be shipped via:

  • Other reputable regional or international carriers, as appropriate

4. Estimated Delivery Times

“Delivery time” or “transit time” refers to the estimated time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfillment location to your shipping address after it has been handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, customs inspections, and local delivery conditions).

5. Shipping Rates & Fees

We currently use a simple flat-rate shipping structure based on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or at checkout, the following flat rates apply per order:

We may offer promotional or discounted shipping from time to time (for example, free shipping over a certain order value). Any such offers will be clearly indicated on the Website or at checkout and may be subject to conditions such as minimum order amounts, specific products, or designated regions.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place an order and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will typically send a shipping confirmation email that may include:

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss for the products pass to you, subject to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws. This means that delays, damage, or loss occurring in transit are generally the responsibility of the carrier.

However, we want you to have a positive experience and will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues with the carrier, such as filing claims for lost or damaged packages, where applicable.

10. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please:

11. Failed Delivery, Unclaimed Packages & Returns to Sender

A delivery may fail or be returned to sender for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery and no arrangement made for re-delivery or pickup.
  • Package not collected from a pickup point or post office within the time limit set by the carrier.
